Who we are

PB Services provides personal branding, marketing and PR services. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at info@pbservicesltd.com.

What we collect

• What you give us in the contact form: your name, email address, platform and handle, what you need and your message.
• What you share with us if we go on to work together, such as account details, audience figures and commercial terms.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange an intro call.
• To provide the services you ask us for.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent when you send an enquiry, on our contract with you when you become a client, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the site and deliver email: Vercel for hosting and Resend for sending enquiry emails. They process information on our instructions only. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and you can withdraw your consent or object to how we use it. Email info@pbservicesltd.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
